“Apparently Taichung station area is an area for Taiwan foreign workers and the streets are filthy during holidays. Lots of homeless persons lying around. The hotel itself ...is sort of like a motel, cleanliness is marginally acceptable but the bathroom is the worst! Shower is next to toilet and floor will be all wet. This whole toilet shower room is less than a foot from the bed too. Bring your own flip flops if you must stay here. The ones they provide are gross.”

“The hotel is just in front of Taichung Railway Station, a minutes walk away. We made a mistake with the booking and required a room a day before the booking date and the staff were able to accommodate us on short notice. The reception is open 24-7 and most front staff were friendly and helpful.”
