“Excellent and helpful staff from the moment I made the booking, right through our stay. Very well set up for skiing, with seats and locker/cages for dumping your skis&boots, heater and drying cupboard in the room, two toilets in the room, heated towel rail, great housekeeping - everything little thing adds up and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Being able to walk up the stairs to the Loft bar or the Signature restaurant was so relaxing, and the kids had a great time in the spa. We hired our ski stuff from Grimus next door at 10% off, which was super handy and meant we were able to upgrade/change from snowboarding to skis on a whim. Also, it was good being up the hill a bit from the main village centre so we were away from the 'day trippers'. There was a nice sense of community in the hotel amongst the guests which you don't always get - like everyone there was relaxed and ready to enjoy themselves.”
