Neele, at the front desk, not only addressed every need but even one we didn't anticipate - disruption to the train heading back to Paris. She saved us from potential - big - problems. Overall experience equaled that of our all time favorite, the Alvear Palace Hotel, in Buenos Aires. The extraordinarily competent, kind and helpful staff; beautiful facilities and location; luxurious room all add up to a place we hope to visit again.”
