“The hotel is brand new and the room was very clean which we appreciated most. Good Wifi, basic cable TV and the in-suite kitchenette were also nice, as was the on-premise clothes washer/dryer if you needed it. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There's a nice little patio outside where you can relax, grill and is also the designated smoking area. I would stay again and recommend the Brinton for the "down to earth" types.”
“The staff at front desk is always friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very well kept, clean, and comfortable. There are a thoughtful number of room amenities to make a short stay, or even a more extended stay, economically convenient and comfy. And the hotel's location, set back from the road, is quiet. I hope to return on my next visit to the area.”

“This was a generous room with kitchenette which included a glass top 2 burner stove, microwave and apartment sized fridge with a real freezer. There was a "private" patio on the back. Not really private because everyone has one of these and they are in direct line of site of all the others. The staff was very helpful and offered to help carry our luggage to our room. They also listened intently to our comments about what was missing or could be improved explaining they have only been open 2 years and are trying to add what the customers want. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town.”

“Staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and eager to make my stay a good one. When they found out my wife was disabled they went out of their way to get us a room on the first floor since there is no elevator. Clean rooms and very quiet. Room had a microwave and apartment sized refrigerator. There was also a balcony where we could enjoy morning coffee.”
“Very simple, no frills accommodations, it is obvious from the nice condition of the building the owners take care of the property. There is no 24/7 front desk staff or amenities, but an overnight manager is on property in case of Emergency and available during the day. The building is immaculate and the studio rooms have efficiency acomodations with nice and simple appliances. A very good value for the low maintenance traveler.”
“The place was great! Friendly staff, easy parking access, room accommodations were lovely. It was perfect, and offered a lovely view from the room I was in. I had a balcony I could go out on and easy to use air conditioning.”
