“Very nice hotel chain, we had never stayed in one of these before so we arrived with an open mind. The hotel is nicely situated near to the motorway with easy access, and there is a large shopping complex on the opposite side of the road. Situated near busy roads, the traffic noise was not noticeable. The room was clean, airy and in very good decorative state. There was no noise from other guests either. Special mention must be made of the man who was on reception when we arrived, we had had a problem with the car battery which had died on us, once we explained the situation, he drew us a map and gave us clear directions to the nearest repair centre where we were able to get a new one, this was very much appreciated as we would have been stranded otherwise and we were intending to drive to Belgium the next day. Thank you very much, you saved the holiday. If we are ever down this way again we will be certain to return to this hotel.”
