“The front desk agent Penny upgraded us to a suite with a view because its our first wedding anniversary. Complimentary bar, chips and noodles i’ve never had complimentary bar in all the hotels i’ve stayed. I won in the casino downstairs and they gave us 2 free tickets to the Broadway show, some sunglasses and plastic case for cellphones upon member sign up. Easy to go to other hotels thru bus, also has a walkway going to galaxy. Broadway food street and Circle K downstairs gave us cheap food options other than just always eating at the casinos. We got great service at such an affordable rate. Most generous hotel I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world :)”

“It is very convenience to move around the town with free shuttle bus. Walking distance to Macau Galaxy where you can get foods and shopping spots. Very helpful and friendly staffs. We have an incident that we left one of the luggage at the waiting hall and only realized after we come back late on the day. The staffs especially Samantha and Sarah are kind enough to help us find back the luggage. We are so release and thankful to them.”
