“The staff is always kind and helpful. They give you tips on activities of all kinds and offer reservations. Which is quite helpful when you not speaks the language. It was not a big deal to change the room as I made the request. I was happy when I discovered the iron in the room.”

“Every thing was perfect especially the location (Waw in the heart of all the shopping restaurants, famous sequrs, gift shops the statues and the sea. Also close to the sightseeing buses and tram. Metro was close to hotel too. The staff were amazing and kindness. They welcome the customers and they will stop everything in their hands just to help you. One lady go out of the hotel to guide me where the taxi and Uber will wait the customers The hotels provide Tab and computers in the room The WIFI was good The hotel deserve to have a 5 stars I plan to visit Lisbon again in future and definitely I will chose this hotel again”
