“The hotel was very clean and modern. The room was spacious and the bathroom very comfortable. I was on a lower floor so the room was very dark but thats to be expected in New York. It was quiet for New York. The stuff was overly nice and friendly. And Bryant Park in my opinion is the best location in Manhattan. Everything is within walking distance, Times Square, 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building, Central Park... I even walked back from The Guggenheim, took me 45 minutes. We had dinner at Kois Restaurant ones, absolutely recommendable, great food, nice interior and good cocktails.”

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Manhattan, right next to Bryant Park and walking distance to almost all the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean. Very quiet room - couldn’t hear any of the city traffic at night. Would definitely stay there again!”

“They placed me in a room facing two brick walls--I asked them not to do that. Asked for two wake up calls at 8:00 and 8:15. I did not receive a call, causing me to almost miss my plane. No coffee provided. The staff was very nice but I would never recommend this. Overpriced mainly becuase of location. Downstairs bar was loud and stuffy, no windows.”
