“Excellent helpful staff, especially Lucy on the front desk. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Just what I needed. Not the best area of the city but just around the corner from police station so felt safe.”

“Hotel is only 3 blocks from a subte and well placed for buses to Palermo ( for restaurants ) and the airport ( No 8 ). Room very tastefully decorated with shower and toilet both separate from sleeping area. Lovely soft fluffy towels. Reception staff were excellent speaking very good English and very helpful. Able to negotiate a late check out for very reasonable price”

“Cuan importante resulta el personal y la incidencia en la estadía. Llegamos a medianoche y la verdad que decía que tenia estacionamiento y no tenía y no nos dio ninguna información. Entonces la habitación tenia todo un sistema especial de activación de las luces y demás, muy moderno pero que nos llevó 30 minutos de sueño para detectar como corno apagar las luces que estaban prendidas. No habia un papel que indicara como llamar a recepción y luego de probar con 0, 9 33, etc, logramos comunicarnos con esta persona que no nos explicó ni mucho menos subió a solucionarnos el problema.”
