“We arrived in the afternoon and were welcomed by a very kind receptionist. He offered us advice on what sights to visit (we had only half a day) and how to get there. He also suggested us where to eat and what traditional dishes to order. The restaurant he suggested was indeed the best. He was very helpful with all the questions that we asked and they were many. Rooms are spacey and very clean. The bathroom looks like it's brand new, with clean towels and amenities. Breakfast was also amazing with local delicacies, both hot and cold, savoury and sweet options. Plus you could make your own Turkish coffee! It was a wonderful stay, very close to the airport. We will definitely visit this place again. Great value for money.”
“The Büpa hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my friends/colleagues who were in Kayseri for a sporting event. This included providing us with showers way after the late checkout time, providing space to put our bicycles, and cooking loads of pasta for dinner. The staff were kind, courteous and were a perfect example of what great hospitality can be. I will definitely re-book at Büpa!”
