“friendly and helpful staff in room dining for breakfast, in my many years of travelling no other hotel offers this”
“We enjoyed our stay, all services were good and reliable.”
“A nice place to stay at . The staff especially the young guy at the reception desk is very helpful. My room ( junior suite) was very clean quiet and big even if a bit old-fashioned but with everything you need ( even more : fax machine, water kettle ). In the old city, close to restaurants and a minimarket. You can reach all the modern monuments and buildings situated in the new city using buses 10 or 32 from Respublika Prospekt. I was offered the transfer back to the airport as a compliment. Thanks a lot.”
“The hotel is located in a nice area of Astana, perfectly safe also late night.. Plenty of restaurants and coffe houses around. The rooms are nicely furnished, perhaps not the most modern. Bathroom looked nice with even a weight scale. Breakfast is served in a small room on the first floor, set breakfast menu with fried eggs. The reception helps with taxi to and from the airport to fixed prices, as well as to the currently ongoing world expo. Looking on other hotel deals in Astana, this small hotel offers excellent value for money.”
“Hotel is well located in the old city center (and it is a 5 minute drive to the new city center - taxi to the new center cost 500 Tenge, which is about 1.5 USD). Many cafes and restaurants around. Really big choice of places to eat in. Room was bigger then expected, and had a fax machine. Staff was nice and helpful. WIFI worked very good. Really good value for money, and very nice simple hotel!”
“Great location, comfortable and clean room, polite staff”
Supermarkt, diverse Restaurants, Friseur, Maniküre in nächster Nähe”
