“The hotel is in close proximity to the Nakajima-Koen Subway station - just take exit 3 and walk a bit through the park (look it up on google-streetview - it's really a good location!). The staff was very welcoming and the English skills were totally fine - they presented free guidemaps for the snow festival and gave away free origami-cranes, which was really a nice gesture. The roomsize wasn't too bad for japanese standards and it was very clean. Wifi was good enough as well. They offered great value for money especially around the time of the Sapporo Snow Festival - old hotel for sure, but still very good cared for.”
