“The access to the hotel is easy. Although the hotel was fully booked, there was sufficient parking space and the hotel did not feel overcrowded. The staff was very friendly. We asked for a late check out and were allowed to postpone until 2pm. Even though we eventually left later (about 2:30) there was not any problem with this. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast good and satisfying. The beds were comfortable and big. We had a problem with our TV. Probably because of the storm they had night before, it was not responding properly to the remote. One of the reception staff member immediately came to our room and fixed this.”
