“An absolutely great experience from check in to check out! The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly, answered all my questions and took time to explain how the breakfast buffet worked. Quinne was an exceptional staff member. She was very personable, chatted with us, offered great recommendations when we asked her questions, made sure we were taken care of. She even tracked down the gentleman who takes care of the roof top fireplace so that we could go up and sit out on the rooftop with the fire going. Upon checking out we had the same professional and courteous service from two different employees. I would greatly recommend giving this hotel a try!”
