Important Notice
- Remember our cabins are for up to 6 passengers and our hotel room up to 2 passengers, if you break up this rule your reservation might be cancelled under a payment of the total of your stay.<br><br>Pre-authorization: In order to check your credit card and guarantee your reservation, the accommodation reserves the right to block a specific amount temporarily before your arrival.<br>The total payment of your stay must be paid at the time of check in and there are no refunds for early check outs.<br><br>The front desk operates from 08:00 to 22:00 daily. Guests arriving outside these hours must inform and coordinate key collection with the property in advance.<br><br>Keys must be returned to the front desk. Lost keys will incur on a charge of USD $30 or CLP $20,000<br><br>Of planning to pay using an international credit card, the property recommends to bring cash in USD (as sometimes the POS connection presents some problems).<br><br>The swimming pool is reserved for guest use only. Non-guests using the swimming pool will be fined accordingly.<br><br>Cots can be requested in rooms and are subject to availability. Bungalows cannot accommodate a cot.<br><br>Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00.<br><br>Please note the restaurant operates during the summer and winter seasons only.<br><br>***<br>LOCAL TAX LAW<br>Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.<p>In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.</p>

“A quiet location with cabins centered around their pool. The trees and well maintained grass make it a relaxing atmosphere. Don't miss the little bakery about 1 block to the east. Great marraqueta bread comes our hot about 10:00 each day. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Great place to relax with it's cooler temperatures due to elevation and forested areas. There are some nice hikes and hot springs in the area.”
