“Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It is well-located. What really won me over was exceptional help the hotel provided when its washing machine malfunctioned and quit mid-cycle. I discovered the problem about 8 pm and contacted the receptionist because we needed to leave the hotel for a trip to the Reef at 7 am the next morning. The solution the hotel came up with was to complete the wash, dry the clothes and deliver them, folded, outside our door before 7 am. Such superior service. I can't recommend them highly enough.”
