“The location, the parking, the lady on the front desk who welcomed us! ( young, slim blonde lady sorry I don't recall her name) A complimentary glass of wine on arrival. The bed was really comfy ( we had the best nights sleep) and there was an iron in the room even if you had to unplug the tv to use it! Great shower. The staff were all very welcoming it was lovely to stay in Newcastle and have locals work there! Good value though for what we paid and we would definitely stay again”
