“Our room was very adequate and ensuite a great size. Bed very comfortable and extra pillows given on request and also of good quality. Staff friendly and accommodating both on reception and during breakfast, which was tasty and had lots of choices.”
“The staff were fantastic-- warm, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I really liked the team there, and felt very welcome. The location is hard to beat-- it's like a short stroll from the main train station in Bordeaux. It was great to be able to leave my luggage there at the end of my stay and then just pop in to grab my stuff and head to the train. The first room I got was very spacious because it was a disabled-friendly room, but it was cold and I didn't know how to work the controls (they can control that from reception-- I didn't know). I asked for a change of room and they were incredibly accommodating. The second room faced the street but there wasn't a noise problem at all, and it was smaller and warmer and cosier, and I liked it a lot.”
