“Good location for stop over in Setubal before Lissbon. Good value for the money and parking on site. easy to reach from motorway as usual with Companille hotels. Small bar for drink and snack with reasonable pricing. Air condition.”

“From a purely functional point of view, this place is fine. The best thing about the location is that it's close to the main road in and out of Setubal, so pretty easy to find, though it has nothing else to recommend it in terms of local environment. But if you have a car, it does offer easy free parking and it's only a few minutes' drive to the centre to look for greater charm, atmosphere or dinner. If you are on a tight budget you can pre-book dinner at the hotel and enjoy a 3 course dinner for 9 euros. Breakfast is 4-6 euros per person on top of the room fee (pay less if you book it in advance) but is quite extensive and includes freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel has a bar, so at least you can get a beer without going out!”
“The apartment was very clean, and better equipped than we expected, with a small kettle and a few sachets of coffee and teabags. We went to the bar in reception and had a lovely cold beer. We ordered an "Impérial" (draught beer in a glass) and it was cheaper than buying bottled beer. Our room was like a small Travelodge before they went no-frills. Beds were comfy. Shutters enabled us to close out the road noise. We were happy with the location as it was close to a retail park with supermarkets and a popular restaurant. We were also allowed to take our dog (for 5 euros a night), and we were allowed to use the gardens to exercise her. When we left the next morning, because of the location of the hotel, it was very easy to get out of Setubal straight onto our forwarding journey south without being snarled up in rush hour traffic.”

“The hotel is ideal for people with a car - good price with all the necessary facilities. It has a large pleasant garden equipped with a range of apparatus for the children. It's not particularly easy to find without GPS. If you're coming in on the A12 and you reach the roundabout with a ring of large palmtrees, you've gone too far. Go back 2 roundabouts, turn right, left (at roundabout with red metal sticks in air) and left again. Coming from Setubal on urban continuation of A12, on reaching palmtree roundabout, go on to the next roundabout and next again, turn right until red metal stick roundabout, turn left and left again, drive several hundred yards to hotel. Setubal has a great deal to offer as a tourist destination - worth a visit.”
“Location: easy accesible from the motorway leading to Lisboa aeroporto or the Algarve, next to many shopping possibilities at the beginning of Setubal; ample parking in front of the hotel rooms. Comfort: very friendly reception staff, Wifi worked excellent in the room; bathroom with hair dryer and soap/shampoo.”
