“The Hotel is in a good location to the east of Rouen, with free secure parking on site. It's built in the style of a 2 story Motel with parking directly outside some of the ground floor rooms. We asked for a quiet room and got one at the rear of the building. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and nice en-suite facilities.”
“They provide a kettle, tea bags and instant coffee packets. There was also an extra heater that saved us during the night because the default one was not working. The private parking is also a plus even though the surrounding area is not crowded.”
“We have found the staff to be pleasant on our previous visits. On this occasion a coach party of about 50 people were staying at the hotel. The lady on reception warned us that the restaurant would be very busy and might be noisy. Despite being so busy, our waitress, Ombelline, gave very good and friendly service and the kitchen staff provided our meals without delay.”

“it was advertised as having airconditioning but this i totally in accurate. It has a fan system that has nothing to do with the dial on the wall. When I mentioned this I was told they knew about it. We had a omelette in the restaurant and it was excellent. Good sized shower”
