Important Notice
- Please note that guests are required to switch off the air conditioning in the rooms when leaving the property.<br><br>Kindly note that the number of guests occupying the room must be the same as the number stated in the booking confirmation. Maximum room capacity must be adhered to due to fire and safety regulations.<br><br>Guests are required to keep noise level at the minimal after 23:00.<br><br>A security deposit of MYR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.<br><br>Please note that late check out is chargeable at MYR 15 per hour.<br>A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
