Reception staff were most helpful and one of them came out to find us when we couldn't find the hotel on arrival! We were given ideas about local restaurants along with careful directions and maps to help us find them. They booked our water taxi to our evening concert and generally couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable, hassle free and as enjoyable as possible. Grazie a tutti!”

The hotel is a bit out of the way from the main tourist areas in Venice, which has good and bad points, but the location itself is beautiful, right on the Grand Canal. The room was extremely comfortable, but had no view (a fault of our booking and not of the hotel). Breakfast was typical for a decent hotel in Italy, and maybe a bit above average in quality.”
