“The coffee was delicious, the room was spacious and the temperature was very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Nice amenities.”
“The customer service was outstanding! Mario the front desk clerk was great! Getting the inside of our house painted, we needed a place to stay for a couple of days. Called the hotel and asked Mario if we could get in maybe at 1pm (we were getting in the way of the painters) Mario jumped on it right away to find out if there was a room. Well, to make a long story short, we came up with another plan to kill some time, so we called him back and said don’t worry about it. But he went above and beyond, and called us about 1pm, to tell us the room was ready! We wound up at the hotel about 2:15, after taking a Sunday afternoon drive on a Tuesday. The room was great, we were able to cook our own food, which we brought from the house, and saved money. The TV, WiFi was excellent. The bed was great! Overall, top notch!”
