Even though it did not have its own dining facilities, a nearby restaurant has a free shuttle to and from hotel. The posted menu looked good. I was there for only two nights for a medical appointment. I opted to use public transportation from airport to downtown Chicago. It was very easy to use. I bought a one-day pass and hopped on and off trains and buses with no worries. I highly recommend Candlewood Suites for the budget-minded traveler who is looking for friendliness, cleanliness and efficiency.”

The area was sort of industrial but the room had full kitchenette with morning coffee and tea supplies. Parking was free very unusual for Chicago.
