“The room was bigger than expected! much bigger than Residence Hotel. I love the size of the room. Very comfortable stay with my family. Bed is wide compared to other hotels. And goose down duvet was very fluffy.”

“when we arrived at 3pm the room wasn't ready but the manager apologised and took us around the corner to a café and bought us coffee and ice cream for our daughter. when checking in a bit later we were informed that the shower was being fixed but should be okay later, however when we went to the spa bath we had picked the room for that too was broken. informed staff, advised probably not able to fix bath as it was a Saturday but shower was ok to use but did give a small cash refund for the inconvenience! next morning used shower and it fell of the wall - after discussion with staff we negotiated a room change to a smaller room, and no spa bath and they refunded the difference. the staff we polite and helpful throughout our problems and all was resolved quickly”
“The staff was extremely friendly upon arrival and they even offered a small welcome gift. The room had a moderately elegant yet homely feel to it and it was spacious, which made it very comfortable. If you are looking for a calm and peaceful place to relax without much disturbance, I highly recommend this hotel. It is also very close to the metropolitan areas of Gangnam if your looking to enjoy the night life.”
“The room is huge. I love the bathtub and the bedrooms. The room is like a studio apartment. I love it there. The staff is friendly. However, not many staff can speak english. The staff is already like my colleague. Each room has a computer and big tv. I came here during winter time and it is so good that room is warm”
