“What a staff!!! The staff which was full time 24/7 coverage was great and will help with anything you need. All speak Spanish plus very good English and other languages. “We stayed here for three nights in June 2017 and were super pleased. The location is fantastic, close to a metro, close to a great neighbourhood for restaurants, centrally located. I am so bad with names so I forgot already, but a super friendly lady helped us out a lot, giving tips and giving our stay that little extra. Breakfast was included, and it was, while not the largest variety, very yummy.”

“The Staff was EXCELLENT. They were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us out. My travel companion was pick-pocketed in the subway and we were low on money, they let us stay 7 hours in the lobby just relaxing and using the wifi hours AFTER we had checked out. They then helped us arrange a taxi to the airport within the limited budget we had. They really made us feel welcome after such a difficult day. The location is very central, right by a major metro stop, short walking distance great neighbourhoods and safe. I would stay here again it was great value!”
