“Friendly and plentiful staff who know how to do proper hospitality and service, really comfortable and quality-feeling rooms (must stress enough the rooms on the first floor are gorgeous), courtyard/pool/lounge areas are super nice to spend time and relax at, the whole orchestration of the guest house has a welcoming family-type vibe, feels like an oasis within the neighbourhood, charming little bonus features like a Koi pond and pool table were much to my liking. All in all for sure worth the $50/night price in my opinion.”

“Casa Mara is a lovely little place in the Sicap area in Dakar. I booked to stay here as it was a 5 minute walk from where I was working so it was ideal. Not far from the beach, it is in a lovely residential area and feels very homely. The breakfast was pleasant (the food in general is great!) and staff were very nice. I would definitely stay here again.”
