“Beautiful hotel just outside the walled city. Lovely staff and and fantastic facilities.”
“There's only a small amount of rooms (6 I think) and the street outside does not see much traffic making Santa Ana quiet refuge. The rooms are cool and the air conditioning and fans work really well. The roof top pool has a lovely view across Cartagena. The staff were very professional and helpful but also gave the guests plenty of space and privacy. You could tell that the staff felt valued at Santa Ana.”
