“Excellent location, 50-100 feet away from main square. Staff is English speaking at the concierge which really helped. When we checked in the room, we found the bathroom was flooded with water and they got it cleaned and next morning they moved us to another room. Breakfast is good.”
“The location is very good, it is in the heart of Cusco, the Hotel Restaurant is good, only the rooms had a lot of dust in the curtains, the windows could never be opened for this reason besides the view was not very nice. I would not recommend it, for the same cost we saw other better options around the area.”
“There was a younger, female staff member at Reception who spoke English and who was very helpful. She helped with giving us a different room for two of the three nights. We took two tours advertised through the hotel - to Sillustani and Uros/Taquile islands. Both were good tours and very cheap. The location was ideal, close to the main square and all the museums.”

Breakfast was good and started pretty early (6.00 a. m., I think), which was quite convenient.
