“We had a 3 night break at the Caspian Riviera Hotel. The hotel condition, setting and staff were perfect. Everything within the hotel was immaculate.and very comfortable.. The staff were highly motivated and were often seen almost running around trying to service their guests. The breakfast was excellent and the one day we had lunch there was also very enjoyable. There were a few weddings in the hotel during our stay which added great colour to those days. There were also a reasonable number of families staying at the hotel also over this local holiday period. The only mystery was why the there weren't more guests. We also enjoyed the holiday feel of Aktau and we shall return in the future. Lastly we booked a junior suite with sea view which was great. You could have hosted a small party on the balcony. The views over the Caspian were terrific. All in the hotel and town are highly recommended.”

“This is a wonderful hotel - excellent service, amazing views of the sea, tasty room service, a very good location, a plentiful breakfast and an incredibly comfortable bed. I loved how laidback the hotel felt... no one pestered me with questions or offers... and the shuttle bus from the airport was punctual. My room included a delightful complimentary selection of nuts, fruit, chocolate and a bottle of wine when I arrived.”

“Отличный отель! Вид с балкона потрясающий! Завтраки отличные со свежевыжатым апельсиновым соком и горячими круассанами. Комфортные номера. Вода в бассейне практически не пахнет хлоркой. Персонал на ресепшн выше всяких похвал! Особенно девушка, которая оформляла проживание! Спасибо ей за теплый прием.”
“Очень часто летаю в Актау на один-два дня. Небыло такого отеля, который бы устраивал меня на все сто процентов. Думаю я нашёл его и теперь буду останавливаться в нем каждый раз. Я был восхищён огромным аквариумом с осетровыми!!!! Такого я не видел нигде. Отель находится прям на берегу моря, и с утра пораньше я открывал дверь балкона, чтобы чувствовать шум и запах моря. Но при закрытой двери балкона в номере царила тишина... я не писатель и не могу много писать, но РЕКОМЕНДУЮ всем этот отель.”
