“Historical building with authentic decor (1920s)! As such, there is no TV, micro or fridge in the room, which makes it much more peaceful. There is free wi-fi for those who cannot live without some modern amenities. Also it is adults only.Wonderful charm! Staff was pleasant and helpful. I felt no negativity energy or maliciousness from any of the resident spirits and especially enjoyed the spirit cat that visited my room and slept in my bed for a short time! The porch is nice to sit outside and enjoy the breeze and ambiance of this small town. There is a wonderful shop in the lobby and the restaurant Sinatra's was beautiful and dinner was delicious!”

“The old class ambiance was wonderfully unique and memorable, a charming step back in time. The food at Sinatra's was excellent. The fully stocked piano bar and live music was very enjoyable. The staff and guests were SO friendly. It was really nice to sit on old velvet couches in the lobby and chat with different guests. The gift shop had a nice variety of crystals, jewelry and woo-woo objects.”

“The staff was excellent- the room clean. My only issues were the bed and the shower. I have to other vintage hotels and I wish all of them would invest in better beds. So many people now have memory foam and other softer beds that these older hotels with old hard beds are a shock to those of us with aches and pains! My shower was barely lukewarm- if I had been staying for more than one night I would have asked to be moved but it was fine fir only one night. Otherwise the place was incredibly welcoming and I had two excellent readings.”

“The location is just 1-2 miles off of Interstate 4 with access from two exits. If you are visiting one of the psychics in Cassadaga the hotel is located in the middle of the downtown area. There is a restaurant on the premises which does not serve breakfast. (The only breakfast offerings are breads/muffins from the bar) I did not try the restaurant and cannot validate its quality.”

“Wow, what a unique, quirky old place with a warm welcome and amazing charm! I love the ambiance, the gift shop, even the lobby restrooms are an escape from the mundane. Everybody is so nice. The bartender is great, as is the food. And the location is astounding, a truly unique town inhabited by spiritualists who are so warm and friendly. There is plenty to do for a weekend. I had a wonderful reading from Jackie, one of the hotel's psychic mediums. I also went on an orb tour and a lecture with the spiritualist community (both booked at the bookstore across the street) which were outstanding. Saturday night is karaoke night at the hotel which is fun and easy to make friends at. Oh, and although the hotel is haunted, I didn't encounter any strange phenomena (I did ask them not to bother me and they didn't). All in all a wonderful experience.”
