“The large room in the castle was a real treat. It was the dearest room but the experience will live with us forever. The treatment by the staff was exceptional. We felt like the king and queen. A chilled bottle of wine in our room was welcome. The self guided tour inside the building was an unexpected bonus. The grounds of the castle were well worth the walking tour. The presentation of the property inside and out could not be faulted.”

“Very luxurious hotel, very well trained and friendly staff. We had a suite which was very comfy and well equipped. Although a bit off the lake the location is quite nice with Arona being very close, a great little town on the lake.”
“There is nothing to recommend this hotel. The marketing blurb is extremely misleading as are the photographs on their websites. The hotel is difficult to find as it is situated in the back streets of the town. The check-in staff were unfriendly, they stayed firmly behind the front desk tapping into their computer for ages without offering us a drink/seat. They answered questions in an offhand manner. Awful. A very bad start to what turned into a dreadful stay. We checked out after one night.”

Personale presente, gentile, disponibile e soprattutto sorridente 👍 Colazione ottima dove ho avuto il piacere di scambiare due parole con il direttore. Nulla da dire ineccepibili, continuate così! Assolutamente da visitare il giardino del castello, un oasi di tranquillità che mi ha dato la possibilità di iniziare la giornata alla grande. Ottima l'alternativa della vasca e della doccia entrambi nella camera.”
