“The room was lovely. The staff when things went wrong were helpful and tried to rectify the situation straight away. The porter/receptionist Brian was fantastic. The bed was comfortable.we ran out of milk and asked the night porter for extra and he was accommodating fresh milk in a jug! Not little plastic milks. The bar had a good selection of choice. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment.”
