- Please note that children under 14 years of age are not allowed in the spa.<br><br>Children between 14 and 18 are admitted to the spa if accompanied by an adult.<br><br>Please note that spa access costs EUR 5 per hour. Reservation is necessary.<br><br>This entry fee includes a bottle of water, a towel, swimming cap and slippers.<br><br>Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation upon arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance.<br><br>Please note that only 1 pet, dogs or cats under 20 kg, are allowed in the hotel and upon prior request. A supplement of EUR 10 per night per pet will be applied; and a deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.<br><br>When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.<br>Once the reservation is made, the hotel will get in touch with the customer to agree on how to prepare the prepayment.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
