“The facilities in the hotel is awesome. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I love the room, which is very cozy and comfortable.”
“I liked the pleasant and welcoming attitude of all the staff. They are ready to help to make your stay a great experience. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast.”
“I didn't get to eat breakfast, so I couldn't tell if it's good or not. If you want to see more of BKK, I recommend you book a hotel in the business areas. This hotel is more suitable for those who have to do things in the area.”
“I really like the room, it was big and clean. Staff was so nice and helpful. Hotel is located exactly at Covention Centre Chaeng Watthana, that is good only if you have some business trip at this centre.”
“Helpful and friendly duty manager that help to arrange our transportation”
“Very convenient for the Government complex. We got a good night's sleep followed by a decent breakfast. Room service was prompt and the food was good.”
“Drinks in the fridge are all free. Super friendly front desk staff.”
“Every thing is good though it is in the isolated location from the main town.”
“I was upgraded to the suite room (thank you very much!) with one big master bedroom, two toilets and one big living area. The room was new, super clean and quiet. The staffs were friendly, service-minded and very polite. I felt like a princess! The hotel was close to the Government Complex with a direct walkway on the 3rd Floor. I found myself very convenient & comfortable during my trip. Despite these, the hotel is not located on the main road (4-5 km away). The nightlife persons may need to order a taxi in advance through the reception (24 hr available). On my last day, I was granted to have a late check-out (14 pm) because of my evening flight. A single way to Don Muang Airport by a taxi would normally cost around 100 baht. I would definitely return back to this hotel again. Thank you for the warm welcome!”
“The hotel is next to the venue of our conference. The staff were accommodating, I feel the sincerity. I like the comfort experience.”
