“Immaculately kept, had all the trimmings of something out of a fairytale novel. The hotel itself is a landmark for anybody in Lucerne and it damn well deserves to be! By paying a little extra to stay here you end up saving so much on day to day extras - we got hooked up big time with a transport pass which the hotel so kindly gave us for free, the breakfast was hearty as which meant there was no need to snack before lunch. Had the best views in Lucerne by far and so handy to get to via bus or even walking if you can be arsed (we always walked).Perfect place to spend our one year wedding anniversary! 10/10”

“The Hotel offered much charm and comfort. Absolutely stunning views of the city. The only negative is the directions were not real clear how to get the funicular up to the property once you get off public transportation. It was dark outside when we arrived and never have been to Switzerland, we were not sure of the area and or any safety issues. we were of course perfectly safe but were a little uneasy not knowing exactly which way to walk when getting off the bus and how to access the funicular. Over all Excellent experience. Highly recommend.”
