Staff was extremely helpful and friendly which made us fell like being at home. The views were breathtaking and being just opposite the ski lift and ski hire was a great bonus. “This is a small hotel and we only met one staff member (I think the owner?) during our one-night stay. However, she was very friendly and service was impeccable. She went far beyond the call of duty to find information about road closures due to the Étape du Tour cycle race the next morning, doing all the research for us and presenting us with the options. Outstanding. The pool is also quite nice!”
