“We liked everything: - staff was extremely friendly (our dogs got some extra snacks for free, we /me & wife/ got interesting stories from the history of the hotel & baths) - the location is in the very center of the baths with collonades few minutes down from the hotel, and walks in woods up from the hotel - beautiful view from the window, car parked on site - we liked the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel, we got there perfect dinners for good price - the rooms very comfortable (including refrigerator & kettle), with extra room and table where we had our breakfasts”
“Hotel is perfectly located in the city center close to the Kolonade and has a private parking place back to the hotel on the lateral street. My room at first floor had access to WiFi.”

Everything was ok, we especially appreciate the warm welcome of the Host - Werner Kraus, he is a very open-minded, clever and helpful person: we were given all the tips about sightseeing, shopping, historical places to visit including the map of the town. Karlovy Vary is a breathtaking place and the hotel is in the very heart of it. So take your chance and enjoy the visit!”

“Located in an excellent position. Easy parking on the roof with a lift. Owners son was just lovely and very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Comfy bed and a nice view from room. We ate dinner here one night. Drinks and meal very reasonable. Interesting pub restaurant with all sorts of bric a brac around.”

“Very welcoming owner, sat down with us and showed us places to go and got us started. Amazing food, both price, taste and amount! Nr 22 or 23 on the menu was just about the best I've had. A slice of meat with large amount of delicious cheese on top, wish I had the recipe ☺️ parking on top of the hotel was very convenient and the location was perfect. Everything within a short walking distance. We're definitely coming back! 😊”
