“I stayed here my last night in Taipei, and for no reason ... the staff was so nice and upgraded my room to a VIP suite! The bathroom was itself the size of a small hotel room, and the whole place was palatial! Too bad I was travelling alone this time. I'd stay here again just because the staff was so nice — even without the free upgrade.”

“Only stayed there because very close to the airport. They can call you a cab in the morning. Didn't try breakfast or anything - but bed was comfy. Room was a little smelly, but nothing bad.”
“very dark place, the restaurant had tinted window, so it always looked like fogy , and the cutlery were wet, I had to take a napkin and wipe it dry. so does the room windows, they were all tinted as well, it looks like if the air were polluted, very strange. The service at the front desk were very stiff, ask for possible of late check out, the reply were very inflexible, this is one of worse airport hotel I've ever stay, not recommended at all.”

“Location positives-- 10 min drive to the HSR, 5 min to Airport, and 15 min to the nearest mall. Comfort positives-- Beds were pretty comfortable. Bathroom was quite large. The room had an extra large entry with closet and room for luggage. Food positives- The buffet restaurant in the hotel offered an adequate and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Additional Positives--We were allowed early checkin and late checkout... both were very convenient.”
