“The hotel lobby was inviting and location was convenient. It was really near to the train station and food was available nearby. The staff were very friendly and polite and would greet us every time we entered and left the hotel. Room was very clean and staff even left a thoughtful message in our room. Hotel provided many amenities both in the room, as well as shared facilities.”
“The housekeeping staff was extremely kind, he noticed we finished our mineral waters on the first day and subsequently provided us extra bottle of water throughout our 4 days 3 nights stay. The hotel did offer service of purchasing souvenirs from local stores which I find it helpful as they would deliver it for free to your doorstep!”
“Staff superb helpful. Modern, cozy design of rooms. Walking distance to metro station and to train station.”
“Service was very good. Airport transport available at a reasonable price.”

“- Location is great! 10/10 couldn't be better - less than 2 mins away from Taipei Main Station/ Qsquare. This can be easy assess to all MRT to go else where in Taipei. The location is also safe and well lit, making it great for solo travellers. Taipei Main station itself is a shopping district and it is the middle man for Da'an district and also Ximending District. - Staff are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. 10/10 Both day and night staff are great! Everytime you enter the door, they great with a big friendly smile and always look happy to help. I called down reception a few times: once about noise problems next door, they instantly resolved this issue for me. the second time was to do with general extra pillow request, within 5 mins, i got two extra pillows!! - Nearby food!!! 10/10”

“Fantastic front desk staff. Location to shops and train/ bus station.”
“Very clean. Bed is very comfortable. The place is very near Taipei Main station (less than 10min walking time). Lots of shops right next to hotel, convenience stores, eateries, cafes, Museum of Contemporary Art, Ning Xia Night Market, just very near. Very helpful staff with good suggestions when I ask about where to eat, where to go or how to get somewhere. During this trip to Taipei, it was raining a lot, and they'd dash out with an umbrella to shelter me and my child. When I next left the hotel, the staff handed me and my child an umbrella each, reminding us to stay dry.”
“Clean, within walking distance to train station, value for money if you are not out to look for luxury hotels. ”
