“Nice hotel near the train station. We had booked 2 superior rooms. When we arrived only 1 was in the system. They were able to provide us a 2nd room. Unfortunately, it was not a superior room. The next morning we brought the error to their attention. The woman working was very friendly and helpful. Due to it being a holiday, and no manager was not onsite. She was unable to make a billing adjustment for the wrong room being provided. We ended up paying for 2 superior rooms and only receiving 1 basic and 1 superior. ”
