“I re I requested a late check out and the gentleman at the counter was kindly to accommodaty wish however at check I received a very rude call from a woman who was not aware of the circa dances. When I advised of the change she sarcastically demanded to know who allowed for the change and hung up the phone. No apology no good bye.”
