“This hotel is clean and well maintained. My wife is kind of a clean freak. When we check into a hotel she checks the corners for dust and the bathroom for any signs of mold. There was none, this place is clean from the parking lot to the breakfast area (the breakfast was great by the way) to the room. Although we had no problems, everyone we came in contact with at the hotel was very pleasant and seemed like they would be more than glad to help with any request we may have had.”
“Best (free) hotel breakfast we've ever had, including made-to-order omelettes each morning. We also loved the flavored water dispenser in the lobby and would have loved to have been there in the evening to enjoy the freshly baked cookies and popcorn, but there was so much to explore in Pigeon Forge, we never got back for those perks. Room was very nicely equipped with microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig as well as a great tv. The bathroom was very roomy, and it was very convenient that there was a separate water closet, even though there were just two of us. The thermostat gave us complete control over the temperature of the room at all times, and the hotel was very centrally located to great restaurants and some of the more popular activities in the area. We will DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again the next time we're in the area and will also recommend it to all our friends, which is an even higher compliment to the staff and facility.”
