“This hotel was by far the worst hotel we have stayed in since we have been in Bali - we booed 2 nights and stayed only 1 - which the owner still made us pay for. We booked the highest grade room and it was terrible, I didn't even open my case to unpack - this hotel really needs to add more photos -up to date photos. The bed looked like it hadn't been changed, the bath was clearly not clean. The beach is absolutely riddled with rubbish, the hotel do not seem to bothered and no sign off this being cleaned was being made. Overall this stay ruined my experience of Lovina When we spoke with the owner on the phone he made it quite clear that he didn't care about our issues and just wanted the money for the night we were not going to be staying - disguised with the customer service - we will never use Booking.com again as this is the 3rd time something like this has happened on our travels - as regular travellers we expect to believe some pictures and true.”
