“It was luxurious for a small town like Park Rapids. We walked into the place, and my daughter immediately said it reminded her of Old Faithful Inn at Yellowstone. It is hard to put into words the ambiance of the place, but I was already thinking about how we could return. We have never before taken our dog into a hotel out of concern for cleanliness, but the place was immaculate. Dogs are allowed into side entrances and rooms only, not in the front entrance or the area where you have breakfast. The staff was very friendly.”

“Don't let the unassuming exterior fool you, this is a great hotel! Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Interior courtyard and lobby area is fabulous and provides comfortable seating and visiting for a very large number of people--would be a fantastic hotel for family gatherings, reunions, group events, etc.! Very clean and updated (newly remodeled?) rooms and common areas. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the breakfast but based on the size of the space, it looked like it would be a full meal! Dogs had easy access to outdoors so getting them to and from the room was a breeze.”
