The staff were all extreamly friendly & courteous, the rooms were immaculate with newer furnishings, the hotel not only has the best free breakfast that I have ever had on the road but the breakfast dining room also offers, for a small additional price, a very nice dinner menu. They even have a full bar with liquor, wine & beer. No need to go out for cocktails or your evening meal is a huge plus. The property it self backs up to a cornfield. You have a very peaceful view of the cornfield from the dining room.”
“Something unique and appreciated was the cozy lounge that was open late. They served drinks and food. The young woman working was tripled up on duties- working the desk, doing laundry and serving! She was very friendly and helpful and even recommended that we look at the beautiful sunset- which was well worth it.”

Just a 15 minute walk into a very pleasant and friendly town and a 10 minute easy drive to the Winery or Cidery. Perfect location for doing the Bridges of Madison County and the John Wayne Museum.”
