“The staff were very welcoming and I had requested changes to my room very late nothing was a problem they were given the changes right away which was amazing . Nothing was a problem I couldn't have asked for better the young man at reception when we arrived was a very kind and couldn't do enough for us.”
“Loved the beautiful view, of the Inverness Castle, and river Ness and the beautiful suite,with a massive comfy bed! I was given an upgraded room on arrival,and felt like a Princess,I was also treated like a Princess ( I couldn't find the frog tho) lol:) The bathroom,large walk in shower,and 2 wash basins,along with all the complimentary accessories,slippers,bath robe and toiletries were pure luxury. Special thanks to Carol and all staff who made my stay special:)”
