“a place to feel the spa town”
“This Country style hotel is very well situated at the foot of the beautiful Malvern Hills. We were properly greeted and our room, with shower etc, although smallish, was well appointed. The presentation of the food in the restaurant was very nicely done - the service was not hurried but was personal. A meal in the bar, at a lower price level, was quite acceptable. We had a slight accident in our room which caused the staff some extra work - however they could not have been more helpful about it - most kind. Altogether an enjoyable visit.”
“the room was excellent the breakfast was also great”
“Restaurant was fantastic and also catered for my partner who is vegan”
“Really lovely setting Staff were very helpful and friendly Room was huge Train station at back of car park so we could hop one stop into Great malvern”
“Comfortable bed and lovely linen and curtains. The location of the hotel. Quiet. Near the station. Beautiful village. The handsome 1902 building itself. The gardens. The public rooms. Toilet rolls. Well stocked hospitality tray. Plentiful hot water. Good sized bath towel. Prints of Dame Laura Knight in cosy guests lounge on first floor. Cleanliness overall very good. Window overlooking the garden. Lovely helpful receptionist. Breakfast room is especially beautiful.”
“The bed was incredibly comfortable, the coffee & sandwiches were delicious...& most of the staff were very friendly...”
“Pet friendly hotel in a quiet village at the base of the Malvern Hills. Train station two minutes down the cul-de-sac beside the hotel, the trains did not disturb us, easy access to Malvern, Worcester, Ledbury and Hereford via the railway.”
“Good vegetarian breakfast provided even veggie sausages! - well done chef, thank you. Reception staff helpful”
“The service from all the personnel was superb but most outstanding of all was from the housekeeper , Anna and Virginia on Reception. They went beyond any level I have experienced around the world to constantly make my stay as a now disabled person the most comfortable they could create for me and in truth I felt 'genuinely looked after' and that my needs mattered.”
