“Very helpfull and nice english-speaking personnel. Clean and cozy rooms. Good breakfast - it's free and pretty variable. Good location - there are 4 metro stations in walking range. To get here from Narita airport just take a Sobu Rapid Line and get off at Bakurocho station. Another thing worth mentioning is that it's a complirely non-smoking hotel! You are not allowed to smoke anywhere in the building. It's so wonderfull!!! There is no awfull smell of cigarettes.”
“Can't say anything bad about this hotel because the name itself says it all, it is indeed a hotel where you can find comfort at the end of the day. The staff form beggining of our stay till the end was all equally polite and very kind. The wifi is amazing, it can even reach even a few meters away from the hotel and though breakfast are the same as everyday, i would say it was indeed delicious and not bad for a free breakfast..they serve them fresh everyday...and we love the complementary coffee too at the lobby..”
