She didn't seem to care and when I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager she told me nobody was there. So I asked when somebody would be there and she said it was just her today. I asked well what do I do now and she 'I don't know ' . I told her I have Never had a problem booking my stays with Bookins.com. And that I was VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!! She didn't care and was not willing to help me at all. Comfort Inn should hire BETTER EMPLOYEES, ones with BETTER CUSTOMER SKILLS!!!!!”
